Happy St. Patrick's Day!
"Erin Go Bragh!" as they say in that fine Emerald Isle!We're cooking up a fine, fine batch of Irish Stew for dinner tonight (made with Guinness, of course) with a helping of soda bread and lots of wonderful music.
Tomorrow night (as it's easier to throw parties on non-school nights) we're throwing a small St.Patricks party with lots of corned beef and cabbage, potatoes, and green ice cream for dessert. I'll take a picture or two and post them!!!
